The primary bedroom has a king bed. The other 2 bedrooms have a queen and double size bed with pillow top mattresses. • 1 bathroom • Large Living Room and dining room • Fully stocked kitchen that includes pots & pans, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle and blender. • Front side Patio with Picnic Table • Washer and Dryer. LOCATION: - 15 minute walk to the subway station (Wilson station). It will take you downtown within 20-30 minutes. - 5 minute walk to the nearest coffee shops and restaurants - 5 minute drive to Yorkdale Mall - 5 minutes Drive to Downsview & Scotia Bank Pond - 10 minutes drive to York University - 15 minutes drive from Pearson Airport **Our landscaping service cuts the grass precisely every 2 weeks. He may come to cut the grass during your visit if it falls within the grass cutting schedule** **PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING** **Guests will enjoy the entire main level of the bungalow where we have a private entrance exclusive to you. All amenities of the home including the Kitchen, Bathrooms, & Laundry are fully private/not shared. **The basement is NOT included. It is rented separately to a family. They have their own entrance at the back of the home **The backyard is NOT accessible. We have a picnic table set up on the patio near the front door for our guests exclusive use. • 2 free parking spots are available on the driveway. Garage is not available. We do not ask our guests to clean and do not have a chore list. To ensure the safety of our guests, neighbors and community, you must agree to the following house rules. The below rules also help to ensure a clean home for all future guests to enjoy. • Absolutely no parties or events. • Max capacity is 6 persons including visitors. The total amount of guests and visitors cannot exceed 6 at any time. You must accurately disclose number of guests at booking. • Absolutely no smoking of any kind. • No shoes to be worn inside home for purposes of hygiene.
