At Houstay, we think outside the box!. We adopt a comprehensive marketing approach to ensure optimal occupancy rates year-round. In addition to listing properties on major booking platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO, we also leverage additional revenue sources. We have established strategic partnerships with various organizations to diversify our revenue streams:

• Corporate Housing Contracts: We collaborate with regional and local businesses to accommodate traveling employees, offering them comfortable and convenient lodging options. We are constantly reaching out to businesses to expand our portfolio of corporate contracts. 

• Insurance Housing Assistance: We work closely with insurance companies to provide temporary housing for homeowners displaced due to unforeseen circumstances, such as fires or floods.

• Media Production Collaborations: Many of our high-end and unique properties serve as prime locations for media production companies in need of spaces for filming commercials or photography sessions. These reservations can typically earn up to 3x more than your average booking.

• Collaborations with Hotels: We collaborate with local hotels on a referral basis. Local hotels will refer us to their guests when they have limited vacancy. 

GUEST COMMUNICATION

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE/REPAIR

We worked with handymen, HVAC technicians, plumbers, painters and various other maintenance related trades to ensure your home is in perfect operating condition. Since we regularly use their services, they charge us lower rates which are past onto you. 

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING/QUALITY ASSURANCE

Since we employ full-time cleaning crews, we are able to offer consistent, reliable and cost-effective services. Our cleaners are specifically trained to prepare properties for short-term stays, ensuring a high quality experience for every guest. This includes restocking toiletries and kitchen supplies, as well as making the bed to the standard you would expect at a high-end hotel. 

Additionally, we conduct regular post-cleaning inspections to maintain high standards of quality.

STAGING & PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY

From our experience, the most impactful element of your rental is the first impression. Staging and capturing high quality professional photos is paramount. Most of the properties in our listing were staged by us and photographed by our professional photographer.
