The Serenity House offers a private resort-style experience unmatched by many other vacation homes.

Our heated pool has a connected Jacuzzi (jetted tub) and a waterfall. It overlooks a forested ravine where you will hear the soothing sounds of birds chirping and water trickling onto the pool.

Plenty of lounge chairs are available in the spring & summer months to lay down and relax near the pool.

The home offers over 3,000 square feet of space with:

◆ Pool/Jacuzzi Spa (Both are ONLY open from May 1st- Oct 1)
◆ 4 Bedrooms [2 king & 2 Queen Beds]
◆ 4 Baths [2 on the 2nd floor, 1 on the main floor, 1 in the basement]

◆ Large Dining Table
◆ Yoga/Sun Room overlooking the ravine backyard
◆ Game room downstairs with ping pong table and board games
◆ Laundry

LAYOUT Of THE HOME:
PRIMARY BEDROOM - This bedroom is located on the second floor. It features a king size pillow top mattress, TV, Walk-in closet, ensuite bath.

PRIMARY BEDROOM #2 - This bedroom is also located on the second floor with a queen pillow top mattress and its own ensuite bath

BEDROOM # 3 - Located on the main floor with a king size pillow top mattress and a Jack & Jill Bathroom.

BEDROOM # 4 - Located on the main floor with a queen size pillow top mattress with a Jack & Jill bathroom.

Lake Ontario is located just down the street within 5 minutes by foot. There is a beach and large playground. There are also beautiful trails along the ravine that connects to our backyard.

*********POOL/JACUZZI SPA DETAILS*******
◆ Pool & Jacuzzi are both ONLY open from May 1 - Oct 1.
◆ Jacuzzi is NOT stand alone. It is connected to the pool and waterfalls into the pool (as shown in the photos). Therefore, the temperature of the Jacuzzi is the exact same as the pool which is heated to 82 °F**. Unlike many other properties, we do NOT charge to heat the pool. This is included in the rental rate.
◆ The Pool is cleaned precisely every Monday & Friday morning by our Groundskeeper. He also cuts the grass every other Monday.**

*********POOL RULES**********
◆ Children MUST be supervised by an adult at all times when inside or near the pool.
◆ No diving. Since the pool is shallow, diving may cause injury.
◆ The pool mechanical room is off limits

HOUSE RULES:

To ensure the safety of our guests, neighbors and community, you must agree to the following house rules. The below rules also help to ensure a clean home for all future guests to enjoy.

◆ Absolutely no parties or events.
◆ Max capacity is 8 persons including visitors. The total amount of guests and visitors cannot exceed 8 at any time. You must accurately disclose number of guests at booking.
◆ Absolutely no smoking of any kind.
◆ No shoes to be worn inside home for purposes of hygiene.
◆ No pets.
