SECOND FLOOR: There are 3 bedrooms upstairs. The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV and a large closet. The other two bedrooms each have a queen bed. The 1st bathroom is located at the upstairs hallway. We also have a laundry upstairs. BASEMENT: The finished basement includes 1 bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Overall, the home offers: - 1 King & 3 Queen beds. - 2 Newly renovated bathroom. - 3 Smart TV's with Netflix (no cable). - Electric Fireplace. - 2 Fully Equipped Kitchens. - Dining table - Washer and Dryer on the 2nd floor + basement. We are located in a very affluent subdivision of Toronto near Bathurst & Wilson, where the average price of a home is nearly 2 Million. **Our landscaping service cuts the grass precisely every 2 weeks. He may come to cut the grass during your visit if it falls within the grass cutting schedule** • Guests have private use of all three levels of the entire home • 3 free parking spots are available. However, we ask you to read the below rules to ensure the safety of our guests and neighbors as well as the tranquility of our community These rules are also vital to ensure that our home is in pristine condition for all future guests to enjoy: • Absolutely no Parties & events. • Mark the actual amount of guests that will be staying. Max capacity is 8 persons including any visitors. This means that the total amount of overnight guests and visitors cannot exceed 8 people in total. This is a firm rule. • Absolutely no smoking of any kind. We are a better fit for non-smokers. • No shoes to be worn inside to ensure hygiene and cleanliness. • No pets.
