MAIN FLOOR:
The main floor has a living room with TV and fireplace. The dining room is located beside the living room and next to the fully equipped kitchen.
SECOND FLOOR:
There are 3 bedrooms upstairs. The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV and a large closet. The other two bedrooms each have a queen bed. The 1st bathroom is located at the upstairs hallway. We also have a laundry upstairs.
BASEMENT:
The finished basement includes 1 bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.
Overall, the home offers:
- 1 King & 3 Queen beds.
- 2 Newly renovated bathroom.
- 3 Smart TV's with Netflix (no cable).
- Electric Fireplace.
- 2 Fully Equipped Kitchens.

We are located in a very affluent subdivision of Toronto near Bathurst & Wilson, where the average price of a home is nearly 2 Million.
HOUSE RULES
• Absolutely no Parties & events.
• Mark the actual amount of guests that will be staying. Max capacity is 8 persons including any visitors. This means that the total amount of overnight guests and visitors cannot exceed 8 people in total. This is a firm rule.
• Absolutely no smoking of any kind. We are a better fit for non-smokers.
• No shoes to be worn inside to ensure hygiene and cleanliness.
• No pets.
