GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have private use of the apartment. The parking lot is shared with other residents of the building. There is only 1 other residential resident in the building. This unit is located on the main floor (ground level).
The apartment has it's own private entrance with a smart lock keypad. Each guest will be issued a unique door code.
LOCATION:
The apartment is located in a small plaza behind two restaurants (a Domino's Pizza and a highly reviewed Mexican restaurant called Los Gyros)

• Sheppard West Subway Station - 1km (15 minute walk)
• Downsview Park & Rogers Stadium - 2.5km (2 minute drive)
