The below rules also help to ensure tranquility in the community as well as a clean home for all future guests to enjoy. • Absolutely no parties or events. • Max capacity is 14 persons including visitors. The total amount of guests and visitors cannot exceed 14 at any time. You must accurately disclose number of guests at booking. • Absolutely no smoking of any kind. • No shoes to be worn inside home for purposes of hygiene. • No pets.
