To ensure the safety of our guests, neighbors and community, you must agree to the following house rules. The below rules also help to ensure tranquility in the community as well as a clean home for all future guests to enjoy.

β Quiet hours are from 11pm-7am.
β Max capacity is 6 persons including visitors. The total amount of guests and visitors cannot exceed 6 at any time. You must accurately disclose number of guests at booking.
β This is a NON SMOKING property.
β No shoes to be worn inside home for purposes of hygiene.
β No pets.
