• Absolutely no parties or events.
• Max capacity is 4 persons including visitors. The total amount of guests and visitors cannot exceed 4 at any time. You must accurately disclose number of guests at booking.
• Absolutely no smoking of any kind.
• No shoes to be worn inside home for purposes of hygiene.
