◆ Outside quiet hours are from 9pm-9am. No loud music at any time of the day since the noise will travel into our neighbors homes. This is NOT a party house. It’s better suited to guests who are seeking peace and relaxation.

◆ Max capacity is 12 persons including visitors. The total amount of guests and visitors cannot exceed 12 at any time. You must accurately disclose number of guests at booking.

◆ This is a NON SMOKING property.

◆ No shoes to be worn inside home for purposes of hygiene.
