BEDROOM 6:
Bedroom #6, and Bathroom #5 are located in the fully finished basement. This lower level also offers a 2nd living room with a sofa and tv, office desk and laundry room.

GUEST ACCESS:

• You will have access to the entire 5 level townhome
• 2 parking spots are located in the garage. Overnight street parking is NOT permitted. It can lead to a parking ticket.
