**Guests will enjoy the very spacious main and upper level floor of the bungalow home where we have a private front door entrance exclusive to you. All amenities of the home including the Kitchen, Bathrooms, Entrance, Laundry are FULLY private/NOT shared.

**Basement is NOT included. Like most other Airbnb homes in Toronto, the basement is rented separately to a family. It has its own private entrance at the other side of the home.

We do not ask our guests to clean and do not have a chore list. However, we ask you to read the below rules to ensure the safety of our guests and neighbors as well as the tranquility of our community

These rules are also vital to ensure that our home is in pristine condition for all future guests to enjoy:

• Absolutely no Parties & events.

• Mark the actual amount of guests that will be staying. Max capacity is 6 persons including any visitors. This means that the total amount of overnight guests and visitors cannot exceed 6 people in total. This is a firm rule.

• Absolutely no smoking of any kind. We are a better fit for non-smokers.

• No shoes to be worn inside to ensure hygiene and cleanliness.

• No pets.
