To ensure the safety of our guests, neighbors and community, you must agree to the following house rules. The below rules also help to ensure a clean home for all future guests to enjoy. • Absolutely no parties or events. • Max capacity is 8 persons including visitors. The total amount of guests and visitors cannot exceed 8 at any time. You must accurately disclose number of guests at booking. • Absolutely no smoking of any kind. • No shoes to be worn inside home for purposes of hygiene. • No pets.
